Signed book orders can be cancelled for full refund any time prior to receipt of your shipping email.

eBook (electronic goods) orders cannot be cancelled/refunded. (If you are having trouble downloading your ePub file, please see detailed instructions available via Google/YouTube.)

For products purchased via a third-party-vendors (i.e. Amazon, Google Play, Eden Books, Printify) their own individual return/replacement policies will apply. Nyla K is not liable for such.

Signed book orders can take anywhere from 2-6+ weeks to ship. Orders with no personalization requested will ship faster than orders where specific names/quotes are requested. Special editions, OG covers, & banned books/website exclusives may take longer to ship due to longer printing times.

Nyla K is not responsible for damage and/or loss occurring in transit.

Domestic parcels are shipped primarily via USPS Priority Mail/Ground Advantage, which includes up to $100 in shipping insurance. If your package arrives damaged, you may fill out a claim via USPS.com.

Electronic goods (eBook files) are the property of the purchaser ONLY. Distribution of files received from Nyla K is considered theft and is subject to legal action. Unlawful distribution is a felony offense, which could result in 5 years in prison and up to $250,000 in fines.
